Engineering Services
We offer a complete sub-contract presswork and fabrication facility.  Presses of 800 tonne capacity with 108" x 60" bed area.  We produce pressings to match customer requirements using a wide range of machinery.

We specialise in producing components from tools supplied by the customer, but can alternatively produce tools for specific customer uses if so required.

We have our own toolroom and are able to carry out modifications and repairs to tools on site.

We can undertake both light and heavy fabrications.  We have extensive CO2 welding capabilities coupled with large profiling section with multi-head profiling machines.

In addition, we have assembling facilities available which cover hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.  Our extensive equipment range is detailed on our accompanying Press capacity list (PDF document).
